4. Account Registration and Security

5. Enrollment and Payment

5.1 Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a course or program, you agree to:

• Pay all applicable fees as stated at the time of enrollment
• Provide accurate payment information
• Attend scheduled sessions or complete coursework as required
• Comply with program-specific requirements and deadlines

5.2 Pricing and Fees

All prices displayed on our website are in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated. Prices may vary based on:

• Individual vs. group coaching
• In-person vs. online delivery
• Customization and special requirements

We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time. However, price changes will not affect existing enrollments unless otherwise agreed.

5.3 Payment Terms

• Payment is due at the time of enrollment unless alternative arrangements are agreed in writing
• We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other payment methods as specified
• All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors
• You are responsible for any transaction fees, taxes, or charges imposed by your bank or payment provider
• Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension of Services

5.4 Installment Plans

For certain programs, installment payment plans may be available. If you elect an installment plan:

• You must make payments according to the agreed schedule
• Missed payments may result in late fees or service suspension
• The full balance becomes immediately due upon default

6. Cancellations and Rescheduling

6.1 Client-Initiated Cancellations

If you need to cancel your enrollment, our refund policy applies as detailed in our separate Refund Policy document. Generally:

• Cancellations made 14+ days before program start: Full refund
• Cancellations made 7-13 days before start: 50% refund
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before start: No refund

6.2 Individual Session Rescheduling

For individual coaching sessions:

• You may reschedule up to 48 hours before the scheduled session without penalty
• Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance may incur a fee
• No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit the session
• Repeated last-minute cancellations may result in service termination

6.3 Company-Initiated Changes

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule programs due to:

• Insufficient enrollment
• Instructor unavailability
• Force majeure events
• Technical difficulties

If we cancel a program, you will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to another program.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our Content

All content provided through our Services, including but not limited to:

• Course materials, videos, and presentations
• Training documents and handouts
• Software, applications, and tools
• Website design, text, graphics, and logos
• Trademarks, service marks, and branding

is owned by or licensed to SpeakMaster Academy and is protected by intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our content solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

7.2 Restrictions

You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or publicly display our content without written permission
• Modify, create derivative works, or reverse engineer our materials
• Share your account access or course materials with unauthorized third parties
• Use our content for commercial purposes or resale
• Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings

7.3 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit or create during our programs (e.g., assignments, presentations, exercises). By submitting content, you grant us a license to use it for educational purposes, feedback, and program improvement.

8. Code of Conduct

When using our Services, you agree to:

• Treat instructors, staff, and fellow participants with respect and professionalism
• Arrive punctually for scheduled sessions
• Complete assigned work and participate actively
• Refrain from disruptive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior
• Maintain confidentiality of other participants' shared information
• Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or bullying
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations

Violation of this Code of Conduct may result in immediate termination from the program without refund.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our Services, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

We may record coaching sessions for quality assurance and training purposes. You will be notified if recording will occur, and you may opt-out if you do not wish to be recorded.

15.2 Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or our Services shall be resolved through the following process:

1. Informal Negotiation: The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiations for at least 30 days
2. Mediation: If negotiation fails, the parties agree to attempt mediation before pursuing litigation
3. Jurisdiction: If mediation fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Porto, Portugal

16. Modifications to Terms
